Unmade Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Unmade Inc.," "we," "us," or "our"), operates unmade.design (the "Site") and respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit the Site, submit an inquiry through our forms, or book a meeting with us.
Unmade Design Group, S.A. de C.V. is Unmade’s Mexican operating entity and may provide services where it is identified as the relevant contracting entity in a proposal, services agreement, or other written communication. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, Unmade Inc. is the controller responsible for personal information collected through the Site.
This Notice applies to visitors and prospective clients in Mexico, the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other locations where we make the Site available.
We collect personal information that you choose to provide when you contact us or request information about our services. This may include your name, work email address, phone number, company name, website URL, role, the contents of your message, and any other information you choose to submit through our Typeform inquiry form.
When you book a meeting through Calendly, we may collect the information you provide for scheduling, such as your name, email address, company details, selected meeting time, and any notes you add.
We also collect certain information automatically when you use the Site. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, referral source, interactions with the Site, and similar usage data. We collect this information through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel.

Some technologies are necessary for the Site to function. Others, including analytics and advertising technologies, may be optional depending on your location and applicable law. Where required, we request your consent before placing non-essential cookies or similar technologies on your device. For visitors where consent is required, we configure the Site to block non-essential tracking technologies, including Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel, until consent is provided. You may withdraw consent at any time through the Site’s cookie controls or by contacting us at legal@unmade.design. Withdrawal will not affect processing that occurred before you withdrew consent.
Unmade works with service providers that may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Personal information may also be accessed by our Mexican operating entity, Unmade Design Group, S.A. de C.V., where necessary to respond to an inquiry, discuss potential services, or support a client relationship. Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including responding to your inquiry, managing our business relationship, meeting legal or recordkeeping obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.
If you submit an inquiry but do not become a client, we generally retain your inquiry information for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you. We may retain information for a longer period where reasonably necessary to manage an active or prospective business relationship, meet legal or recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or protect our rights. When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete it, anonymize it, or securely archive it as required or permitted by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to the processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to request a portable copy of certain information, to withdraw consent, or to opt out of certain forms of targeted advertising.
To make a request, email legal@unmade.design with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing of personal information.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, use of advertising and analytics technologies, including the Meta Pixel, may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain U.S. privacy laws, depending on how those technologies are configured and used. Where required, you can exercise available opt-out choices through the Site’s cookie preference controls or by contacting legal@unmade.design.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact legal@unmade.design and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal obligations, or services. When we update it, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
